• You will be notified of the outcome via email or WhatsApp within a reasonable timeframe.
• Based on the inspection, we will either:

  • Resend the correct product at no additional cost.

• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
• It may take 8 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on our payment partner.
• Refunds will include only the product purchase amount.

• Customers must prepay and insure the shipping charges for all approved returns.
• Customers are responsible for any loss or damage during return transit.

All matters related to returns, refunds, or disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thane, Maharashtra, India.

• We deliver across India through our logistics partner Delhivery. Our serviceable areas are limited to the locations covered by Delhivery.

• Metro cities: Orders are usually delivered within 4 days.
• Other locations: Orders are delivered within 8–10 days.

• At present, we do not offer COD, as it increases delivery costs and impacts product pricing. We are in discussions with our logistics partner and aim to provide a COD option in the near future.
